Mission:

To improve the health and wellbeing of society by exploring and applying evidence based, innovative means to reduce stress, suffering and disease, and to increase awareness and happiness and to better understand the mind and forward the realization of human potentials.

Vision:

Blending current advances in neuropsychology, developing technologies and millennial old contemplative traditions, there exists great potential to explore consciousness, deepen our understanding of the mind and apply findings in a practical manner to aid society. I seek to personally and professionally engage in initiatives and partnerships to forward the exploration, understanding of the brain/mind and to establish and promote a working infrastructure to develop, apply and continue and expand efforts.

• Developed the "Alternate Waking States Induction Method" (AWSIM), a technique to produce unique lucid states of consciousness with a regularity allowing for laboratory and personal investigation. Presented paper at the international REST Investigator's Society Conference.

• Developed the "MandalArt Healing Images" technique, a process which trans- forms personal information and human energy patterns into mandala and symbolic art images for appreciation and meditative contemplation.
